I would like to recommend upgrading the bump map tool so that it is fully compatible with Arc Gis 10.4. the tool is very helpful in providing map texture and results in some very interesting products. Please upgrade the coding for 10.4.
The download link for these tools has been reinstated on the ESRI blog site. I was able to download it and run it on ArcGIS 10.5 without any problems.
