Bring back the Buffer Wizard

In Arc View 9.3 and previous there was a buffer wizard. ESRI UK say it has been removed/discontinued.

Why? It was a useful tool.

Can we get it built in to the Geoprocessing pull-down just under the existing Buffer item?
