Please bring the Buffer Wizard functionality into ArcGIS Pro. I like having the ability to  save the buffer in an existing editable layer rather than creating a new buffer feature class each time I need to buffer a new feature.

The other one was closed, but I agree, I would love to have this back in PRO.

The buffer construction tool in the modify pane in ArcGIS Pro does have a lot of the same functionality. The highlighted text at the top indicates which feature will be buffered, and the feature class listed under Template is the feature class that will receive the buffered area.

Hi @SarahHartholt, I wanted to add another possible solution to this, have you checked out the Overwrite Options available for geoprocessing tools in Pro 3.5? The Append To Existing option can be used to add new buffer outputs to an existing dataset, rather than deleting and creating a new output each time. You will get the Overwrite Options menu if you specify the Output Feature Class with an existing dataset.

Although, the only difference I notice between your request and the Overwrite Options, is that when using the Append To Existing option, you can only add your outputs to a saved dataset, not to an existing layer.  Let me know if this solution meets your requirements, or if there are specific aspects you'd like to explore further?
