Arcgis PRO - 3D north arrow

I would like to have a 3D north arrow that i can add in my layout of a 3D scene

When you say that you want to add a north arrow to the layout of a 3D scene - that can already be done.

North arrows—Layouts | ArcGIS Desktop 

Or do you mean the same as what is described here https://community.esri.com/ideas/13140‌

If so, we should merge this Idea with that.

I agree. In ArcScene you can use this north arrow. But in ArcGIS Pro....nothing similar. Would be a great accessory.

Have you seen the 3D on-screen navigator Use the on-screen navigator—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation ?

The 3D on screen navigator is useful for the map view. But does not serve any purpose for layouts.
