Add the ability to apply a color ramp to only the selected class ranges.  I often am in the situation where I want to show 5 of 6 classes on a color ramp, but keep the 6th class as some different color like gray to differentiate it (often representing null or zero values).

This was possible in ArcMap and was added in ArcGIS Pro 3.0 per https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-ideas/arcgis-pro-apply-color-scheme-on-selected-symbols/idi...

@KoryKramer , as far as I can tell you can't apply color ramps to selected classes of classified raster data like you can with vector data. Is this under consideration, or if I have it wrong can you steer me toward some documentation on how to do this? As an example, say you have GEBCO data loaded and want marine areas to use a blue color scheme and land areas to use a brown one. I have many different ways I can accomplish this, like by using raster functions to create separate land vs marine rasters or by playing with the histograms of copies of the layer in the TOC, but it would be great to be able to do it within the symbology pane like you can with vector data. Here's a simplified example, where I would select and apply a blue color scheme to the classes in the blue box, and then would apply a different color scheme to the classes in the yellow box.
