When I use Traverse tool (Modify Features > Construct > Traverse), it works on one map but it does not work on the other map. They are stored in a same project. Map projection is same for both maps.

- When I use Traverse on Map 1, it works fine
- When I try to use Traverse on Map 2, it doesn't work.
- I can hover over and click at a point where I want to start traverse but it does not recognize this action (No undo operation available).
Has anyone experienced this before or know what I am missing??
