Pro 2.9.x and earlier: Turning "Show Only Active" on/off makes the Create Features templates go crazy

Maybe this is more of a Pro question generally, but I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this. Here's what happens when I toggle Show Only Active.

This causes the UI to hang indefinitely. If the Create Features pane is hidden, this doesn't happen. I can only get it to stop wigging out if I hide or close the pane.

Thank you for reporting this behavior and I can reproduce this at 2.9 and 3.0.

We will take a look and try to get it fixed.
