I've been practicing in the new Parcel Fabric and stumbled on something a tad confusing. Do the records just pile on top of each other instead of the most recent showing?
Example: You have the record that creates the original parcel, then a road take occurs and then a parcel map. The original area now has three records stacked on each other.
What is the best practice here? Am I supposed to clip the records? Can I retire records no longer current so only the current one displays?
