ArcGIS Pro 2.6: What is the best practice to integrate parcels edited in AutoCAD into parcel fabric?

I couldn’t figure out the best practice to integrate parcels edited in AutoCAD into parcel fabric.

For example, what if parcel#24 is edited in AutoCAD and split into two parts: 24/1 & 24/2. How this can be integrated into the parcel fabric?
