Is it possible to put two (or more) COGO measurements on the same line?

Hello,
The parcel fabric allows for lines to overlap if necessary. In that example you can create a new parcel line that measures 250ft that overlaps the 500ft lines. The new line you create will also be associated to the record that the newly created parcel is associated to.
For example, there is a parcel line that measure N-00-00-00-W 500 ft. I new parcel is acquired that shares the same line but only the east 250 ft. thereof.
How do you depict both measurements on the same line? Or do you simply create a new parcel line that is 250 ft. that will overlaps the 500 ft. line?

If this is a 'Split from Parent' workflow the steps will look like:
Where did the 500' line go?
It became historic along with the parent parcel. And if you look closely at the new split lines you have created you will notice that the ParentLineID field is populated with the ID of the parent line.
To your question, if one feature can hold 2 sets of COGO attributes the answer in 'No' . That is true for every feature and even if you duplicate the COGO fields it would be very hard to label them in the correct location.
