We have a set of administrative parcels in our fabric that is experiencing difficulties rebuilding after the parcel has been shrunk to a seed. Many of these parcels contain overlapping, short segmented lines, along with, an abundance of points. I was curious any of these circumstances would hinder the ability to build parcels after they have been shrunk?
I have verified that the corresponding lines:
- A closed loop of lines
- All lines belong to the same record
- There is exactly one seed in the closed loop
