Broken Text files from Traverse Export

Is anyone else having this issue? Every traverse .txt file I export from the Traverse tool is broken. This happens in different projects and on different cogo enabled line features. The attached picture shows the coordinate geometry in the traverse tool and how it appears in the exported text file, i.e. with "???" in place of numerical values. (ArcGIS Pro 3.0.0)
