Hi
We have a web app designed using the Zone Lookup template and for the majority of polygons, when you click the map, the correct information is retrieved. However in some cases when you click the map, it does not bring back any information; other times it brings back information about other polygons.
Both the basemap and feature services are held on our server and are in British National Grid.
This map was produced a couple of months ago and I believe it worked correctly then but now fails.
Does anyone know why this may be?
