Hey all,
For those in the United States, and other countries who have this same thing, we typically need to call locators to ensure that we do not dig into cables or utilities.
We're tying to figure out how to do these steps with ArcGIS products:
1. Create an assignable ticket for a locator
2. Have the ability for the assignee to enter information about the locate ticket
Very simple! Well maybe not as much as I can find, I've attempted to use ArcGIS Workforce, but I cannot seem to find a way to put fields in so that the user must enter them or have optional entry field. Field Maps can do this, but the assignment of tickets is something that I'm not entirely sure about.
What products do you use for this?
