Uploading folder to ArcOnline

I'm trying to upload a folder that has a lot of .pdf pipe inspection reports on to ArcOnline. What would be the best way to do this? I see I can individually upload files, but there's a lot there to do one by one. Our crews are used to having a hyperlink to click on via ArcPro/Map that pulls this up when inhouse, connected to the domain. But I noticed these paths are broken when using Experience builder or WAB. So i was going to upload these files to our Online and then create a hyperlink that way. Is this possible? Or what would be the best way to get this to work? Thank you.

@FSD_Main - The reason those links those links that work via ArcMap will not work with AGOL is because your enterprise environment is possibly unreacheable over the internet. I like your idea of uploading the documents.

This is surely possible but I would change the approach slightly.
Instead of uploading to AGOL, would you have the chance to use Sharepoint or something similar?
So a point feature class in AGOL but they point to documents in Sharepoint.

Two advantages of doing it this way -
1) The Sharepoint site will have built-in PDF viewer, AGOL does not provide any such capability. Users will end up downloading all the documents to view them.

2) Sharepoint allows better organization of documents. Folders, Tags, Version History, access controls, etc.

Bonus advantage - You can use ArcGIS for Sharepoint for a map view within sharepoint.

We do it similarly.
We have a point feature class on the map that points to a pdf document in Sharepoint.
