Here at UC Riverside, we find we're not able to update our website in the "Update the ArcGIS access website for your institution" application. However, we do need to update it. The correct URL is https://ucr.maps.arcgis.com/home/index.html. We'd appreciate it if this change could be applied. Apologies for being late on this! -Janet Reyes, Geospatial Information Librarian, UCR Library
Solved! Go to Solution.
@JanetReyes_UCR - I just updated your URL on that website - so it should be good to go now.
@AyanPalit - The website that Janet was referring to is an application that we have for university students/staff to discover whether or not they have a license - and then get in touch with the right staff to gain access.

So, perhaps you don't need to change anything. If a change is needed to your organization short name 'ucr' an administrator should be able to review, validate the dependencies and make the change.

Raise an Esri Support ticket if there are any issues. Also, I moved your post under ArcGIS Online questions.
