Unable to share webmap

I have an AGOL public account. I made a web map and made an instant app. Then I selected it to share it with everyone, make it public. I also update the web map to public and everything seems correct. From my PC I can see the application well without having to log in to my account. But if I enter from another PC with the URL it cannot be seen and the message "Error. Unable to load -web map name-" appears. I did another very simple experiment and the same thing happened.

What could happen?

I discovered what was happening: the notebooks where AGOL did not work had uncompatible versions of the browser. See here. Solved the issue. For those incompatible notebooks, the link from MapViewerClassic does work.
