Unable to pan or zoom maps using mouse

Hi,

I've just set up our ArcGIS Online account and am having a problem zooming or panning the map in either Firefox or Chrome. I can log in fine and use all the buttons surrounding the map (including the zoom slider) but cannot navigate around the map at all. However if I log in on the same machine using IE it works fine.
Is there a setting that on my machine/browsers that might be causing this problem?

I'd suggest clearing the browser cache on the browsers.
Does this happen if you go to a different machine?
