Are you sure you have enough credits to perform this? Analysis in AGOL can be quite credit expensive. How large is your dataset? 

Instead of all the points you have at the moment, create a dummy layer with 3 points and see if it works. 

I would double check with the admins again. Do you have the necessary licence to do analysis in AGOL in the first place?
