Hi all

I have an AOL License for single use and I work on my small simple web app and on some projects on my computer using ArcGis PRO.

At the beginning of this year in February I had about 350 credits loaded into my organization, then, within a month they all ran out and I also went into negative by -20 credits.

During the whole of 2024 I consumed about 150 credits with the normal use of AOL and ArcGis PRO. Then within a month in February 2025 all the credits were consumed. the problem I pose is that I never changed the type of use, operations, or work that I regularly did during the previous year.

on the report page is shown that are use quite all for “stored” ….

i really appreciate an help form someone who can teach me how really work the credits on AOL, please 🙏

Hi @MicheleInserra

Here's some documentation that details how credits work in AGOL:

https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/administer/credits.htm

In the link, under the Credits by capability section it gives you a breakdown of how many credits are consumed by different capabilities in AGOL.  If storage seems to be a high use of credits on your AGOL you could run a report to see which features are consuming the most amount of credits and remove any that are no longer needed.

I hope this helps 🙂
