Hello -

I'm an admin for our school's organizational account. We have a member who is no longer a student at our school who would like their information transferred to a new account (they created a free account). Is it possible for me to transfer their content to a this new account that is not part of our organization?

Most importantly, he completed some Esri training while a student at our school and ideally would like to access the certificate he earned. 

Our Org account authenticates using SSO. 

Appreciate the help.

Hey @KrissyLukens 

There is the assistant tool here: https://ago-assistant.esri.com/

I would try this out and see if it is able to transfer everything you'd like to their account, but the certificates may need to go through Esri Support to transfer as it's probably account bound at that point!

The individual can then transfer their training history (which includes certificates) from the ArcGIS Online organizational account to an ArcGIS public account. They can contact GIStraining@esri.com for assistance with this.
