Tile Package not appearing in AGO map

I created a TPK out of ArcMap and uploaded it to my AGO account. I believe the next step to get the data into an actual map is to publish it out as a service. Even after I do that, I can see it in my layers list and can add it to my AGO map but nothing appears.

What am I doing wrong?

After you publish it you should see updates as to where it is in the process.

If you using Chrome then it does not work.  Using IE does work.
