Symbol scale greyed out

Hi, I'm trying to adjust the size of this symbol but it is greyed out for some reason. This layer is only displaying one attribute.

I found an answer!  Do you have Pro? If so, look up how to make a Web Style and don't forget to create a new group with "shared update" that includes all necessary items.
