I created marker symbols using Style Manager. When I create a character marker symbol some of the layers on the bottom shift at different zoom levels. Is there a way to fix this w/o creating a raster for the icon?
For example, I created a yellow triangle that is size 18 (top layer) and because I wanted an outline I created another black triangle size 24 beneath it. When it is in my map service the bottom layer seems to shift around.
