I desperately need some advice and guidance.
Let me elaborate on my scenario.
We've recently had a spat of bad weather in our community and power outages have been quite frequent.
I'd like to somehow employ ArcGIS Online to communicate to the public which of our electric circuits are experiencing problems. If it was possible to allow reciprocal communication that would be a plus as well. One of my co-workers indicated that our AMI program can export some type of "flat file" that indicates which meters are out. I hope this makes sense.
What are the necessary steps I need to follow for displaying live data of this nature using ArcGIS Online?
Hopefully this is possible and folks can recommend some scenarios because we are definitely in desperate need.
