Solved: ArcGIS Online .cvs web file not updating on my editable map
I have a map Staten Island North Shore Transportation and a cvs web layer http://maint.com/Northshoretransportation/North_Shore_Destinations.csv.
I added a point to this file but I could NOT get it to update on my editable map.
After days of trial and error I found out why.
Not because of ArcGIS but because of my Chrome browser. Somehow Chrome was stubbornly using a cached version of the page.
Settings > History > Clear browsing data fixed it. (Not sure which browsing data were the culprit.)
This is not a question but a report. In case someone else encounters this.
