Specifically looking to visualise a solar farm within a 3D web scene so would like to use the 3D Infrastructure style within ArcGIS Pro on ArcGIS Online.
There is a restriction to publishing the 3D Infrastructure style online, but ESRI currently do have 6 items within Infrastructure as a 3D symbol, is there any reason why? Or any work around suggested?
Any other suggestions welcome.
Have you looked into creating a 3D symbol in ArcGIS Pro (see 3D model marker symbol layers chapter) and sharing it as a custom web style?
If that doesn't help you further, could you please describe your workflow in more detail?
Hi Grete
The 3D styles contained within ArcGIS Pro are protected and so it is not possible for those to be shared as 3D model marker symbol layers.
As these 3D models are clearly licensed for ESRI (as they are within ArcGIS Pro) then surely it would be rather easy for those to be published as styles on ArcGIS Online?

I know I'm showing the Infrastructure in ArcGIS Online, and then the 3D Industrial in ArcGIS Pro............but ArcGIS Online does have the other styles such as trees or street furniture, it would be good to have 3D Industrial on there, or at least allow those styles to be shared as you suggest.
