Sidebar Instant App Question

Hi.  I have created a sidebar instant app and have searched for no avail to change the text in the pop up panel of the app.   Here is a screenshot of the area I wish to change the text for.  Is it possible to change this text and if so where and how?

I know this is a late answer, and you've probably figured this out by now, but that details panel displays the popup you configure for a layer in the map. So you'd have to open the map you are displaying in your app, select the layer in question in the table of contents, and then select the popup tool on the right side of the window. Configure your popup, save the map, and then refresh your app. Now when you click on a feature on the map (in your app), the popup you configured for that layer should appear in the Details panel.
