Show image from 'Photos and Files' field.

I attached an image to an individual feature in my attribute table and now want to view it in a pop up. How would I go about doing this? I know there are a few other ways to add images (using links, etc.) but I am interested in trying to get this method to work.

Have you looked at the New Map Viewer?  There is a popup element for showing this
