Hi there,
I'd like to add the shapefile, created in my map, to ArcGis Online map, but I cann't zip it for adding.   Can you help? Thanks a lot.

Most modern PCs have the ability to create a ZIP file built in...You might check Windows Explorer to see if you can do it.
