Setting pop-ups at the service level?

Is there a way to configure pop-ups at the service level? 

I have configured pop-ups in Pro, published them, and all looks well on the layer item and in the web maps when added as a layer item. But how do I get them to stick at the service level if someone came along and used the service URL to add to a new map?

Hi!

To set up the pop-up at the service layer, you can:

• open the service details
• Select the "Visualization" tab
• select the layer in the map and configure the pop-up as you do in the Web Viewer.

Hi @PanGIS yes, we have configured the pop-ups in ArcGIS Pro and they reflect correctly in the Visualisation tab. It is when a user uses the service URL and adds it into a new map, all the config is gone. Any pointers?
