Routing Network Dataset, Error opening Network Dataset -- Access Denied

When I try to load the FGDB Routing Network Dataset from StreetMap Premium (2013 Release 1), I continue to receive the the following error: Error opening Network Dataset: Access Denied.

I am running ArcGIS for Desktop 10.1 SP1.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I am getting the same with 2013 R2.  Did you get your issue resolved and how did you resolve your issue?

Solved. you need the correct license file.
