Related records in pop-up never load
I have pop-ups in a map which are set up to show two related layers. Some, but not all, have related records.
I am seeing that all records (regardless of whether they have related records) just show this spinning wheel indefinitely rather than loading the related record or a message saying that no related records exist.
Is this expected behavior? Or, is there a solution for this?

Hi @MelissaSullivan, can you check the network traffic to see if the related record queries are succeeding or not? You can check this by opening up the browser developer tool > filtering by queryRelatedRecords > clicking on a feature to open the pop-up.
If you continue to experience issues, I would recommend reaching out to technical support. They can better assist you in determing the root cause. Any additional information you can provide on the dataset and how related records are preforming on other feature services within your organization will be helpful.
