How do we join or relate to files, one spatial and the other is a table file(excel or txt). The problem is , both of them don't have a unique ID to either join or relate.
You do need some common key between the two to join or relate. I assume you are talking about doing this in ArcMap. ArcGIS Online doesn't have the ability to do joins or relates.
