Hello, I am creating maps with time settings enabled. I am overlaying observed power outages over the last several days with weather radar imagery, and I would like to use the Esri Living Atlas layer Recent Weather Radar Imagery. This layer only shows the last 3 hours, but I am trying to access data over several days. Past data can be viewed here, but not downloaded.
Is there a way to access an archive of this data layer on ArcGIS Online over several days, or another data source showing weather imagery with this capability?
