Hi everyone!
I am trying to upload a raster layer to ArcGIS online. When I upload it as a web map or a web layer, it looks fine until I zoom in. Then, it suddenly disappears. I've changed the visibility to the smallest/largest scale, and I still can't see it.
I thought it may have something to do with the coordinate system. My layer is in WGS 1984 UTM Zone 8N. When I upload it online, I have to change it to match the basemap. Is there a way to have the basemap be in the WGS 1984 UTM in ArcGIS online? I've tried making my own and finding one online, but have not succeeded. Thank you!
