You have a client who has a question regarding their ArcGIS Online account. They are trying to establish a direct connect from ArcGIS Online to Power BI, but they’re receiving error messages saying ‘Public accounts are not supported in ArcGIS for Power BI’.
What account permissions/access settings do they need in order for them to be able to build this connection? They currently have Organizational Permissions.
