Public Information Map Proxy Error

Hello,

I set up a public information map using the template. And I uploaded the files to my web server. But I keep getting below error message.

Error: Unable to load ./resources/proxy.ashx?http://www.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/02eb0acfa1dc4e5bb6828b78dac30c08?f=json status:415

Is this issue something I can solve myself (if so how??). Or is this someting I need to contact my ISP?

I contacted my ISP (Earthlink) and they opened a ticket to see if they are able to enable REST on my web server.
