Public Comments Greyed out on Map in AGOL

I have created an app that using a layer called "public comments". This layer is open to everyone using. When I use this layer across different map, all the data or points are greyed out. I am not sure why. When I open the layer in the map ( old version ) all the points show up correctly. I check to see if there was any filters on the layer but there is not. Any thoughts on a solution ? Thank you!

Hey,

Is this difference occuring when using Map Viewer and Map Viewer Classic? To me it sounds like a JavaScript issue as Map Viewer Classic is built on JavaScript v3.x while Map Viewer is built on v4.x This means the supported symbology settings will differ.

If this is the case I would reconfigure the symbology on the Map Viewer and save to fix this.

Thank you for helping out! Looks like that did not fix it either. Looks like it worked [all the points show up in color] in Map Vieiwer classic, but in Map Viewer it is greyed out again.
