Problems publishing a hosted feature service using an ArcMap document

Hello,

I am trying to publish a hosted feature service using an ArcMap document.  I am following the steps outlined in the ArcGIS.com online help: http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/arcgisonline/index.html?ESRISessionID=gcH3DU2twah6UqqQuaRC2B6nez...

I have an ArcGIS Online organizational account (I am the Administrator) and I am running ArcMap 10.1 (Advanced).  I go through steps 1 through 3 with no problem, I am signed on to ArcGIS.com.  When I get to step 4 (Click File > Share As > Service.), I cannot choose "Service", as it is greyed out.

Any ideas why I can't publish this way?

Are you in layout view?  Make sure you're in data view.  Is the Service option still greyed out?

That did the trick!  I didn't see that in the documentation.  If it isn't there, it should be.
