problem with NetCDF to csv conversion

i have a precipitation data in NetCDF format and i want to convert it into a csv file... while doing so in ArcGIS my precipitation showed null values....why?  please help me out...

Hello, I would like to inquire, is the precipitation data for points belonging to selected climatic stations? Where it can be exported to an excel file according to the modified Excel tool within the program environment, this is my opinion, with regards
