Problem Embedding into WordPress

When I try to embed the map into our website, using the following steps

Share > Embed > The Map

I am able to get the map onto our website, but it says "The Map Presentation is Not Available" in a white text box covering the map.  I can still zoom in and out and click on the locations, but the text box stays covering the map.  Even when I click the "view larger map" feature to view the presenation on the arcGIS website it keeps that same message over the map. 

How can I remove this text box from covering the map?

Does your map have a presentation in it? Are you wanting to view the presentation rather than the map?

Perhaps you can share the URL to your web map and we can take a look.
