I created a map in ArcGIS Online viewer and shared with everyone. I shared and downloaded the web application template zip files. After extracting the files, I try to open the index file, but I only see an intial frame but no map or legend. I have tried inserting the web map id but it still does not work. The previous templates before the last updates displayed an intial Sample Map and it still does (I have a copy). With the newest templates, I do not see any Sample Map. I am only viewing on my local machine. I have tried IE8, Chrome, and Firefox but none will display the shared map. Do you have any additional help, beyond the readme.html, that might help with this configuration. This problem is only occurring with the newly posted templates.
