I'm trying to print a PNG (or any file version) of a map with a layer that includes the county boundaries for CA. I used the "Effects" option in MapViewer Beta to highlight the counties that are in our study area. It looks fine in the MapViewer, but when I try to export the map, the County Boundaries layer gets shifted to the right, so it appears over Nevada/Arizona/Utah. Seems like an odd bug... anyone have any ideas about what's going on?
