Pop-up text link to 'show more detail'

Is there a way in the popup in Arcade or even in Dashboards that you can have a text link that says "see more" or "View More Details" and once its clicked, another field is displayed? 

I know I can have 2 Dashboard elements to show and interact with each other, but I would like it in one area.

Example:

From This:

• {Location} - {Date}
• "View Summary" < Clicking "View Summary" will display the 'hidden' summary below

To This:

• {Location} - {Date}
• "View Summary"
