Pop-up Images not showing in Chrome and Edge

The image URL in the pop-up is not showing on Chrome or Edge. It works fine with Internet Explorer. 

It hasn't been working with Chrome for a couple months now and been using Edge, but now it doesn't show on Edge..

The URL's are still valid, since I can see the images in Internet Explorer

Any idea what the issue is?

I am having the same issue and looking for the solution.  Any updates?

I am also having issues with browser inconsistencies and pop-ups, would love to find a solution to this!

The solution that Esri technical support gave me was to have all the images located directly on AGOL.  Since I don't have the time to upload over 600 pictures from one of my layers, I have set the photo as a link that users can click on to see.  It's not as great as having the photo in the pop up window, but it's all I can do with the restrictions that are in place.
