Plan Routes Analysis Tool Error

I am trying to run the Plan Routes tool in a webmap on ArcGIS Online and getting this error:

Unable to access registered url for utility asyncVRP: Check registered URL.

These are the parameters I am using:

I've been able to run this tool before and this error message is not helpful.

It's working now so that seems to have been the issue.
