Hi all, i have an existing layer called lead parcels. Every time I go to overwrite it in Pro , it ends up breaking the dashboard and is not configured properly. Is it something with the configuration setting (ensure map is set to allow assignment of unique IDs) ? Its getting real annoying.

any advice? thanks! George

Are the unique IDs in ArcPro the same as the ID # of the service published? You can find that by going to the layer and clicking the URL. This keeps it all intact and my widgets in EXB still work for the layers.

if the layerID's suggestion doesn't work above - what is the data's source in your dashboard?  If your widget data is referenced from the map, I wonder if a different id used for reference is being overwritten.  An alternative could be to reference the service as stand-alone data - see Web layers in the ArcGIS Dashboards data sources doc here .

Do you think since i published the service originally with a previous Pro version has anything to do with it?

I've done that without issue.
