For my internship I'm mapping a boundary for a special improvement district, and I received the parcel data from the city I'm working with, but had to create the boundary myself. My question is, how can I make it such that the parcel data I have is ONLY that within my boundary, not the whole city? I need to pull the parcel data to move further with this project. I'm slightly new at using ArcGIS online.

I have a screenshot of my map attached. The parcels are red, and the boundary is outlined. I only want the parcels form inside the boundary.

Thanks in advance!

You can use the Extract Data tool to extract all parcels within the boundary. This will create an SHP or FGDB in your content page and then you can publish a new feature layer from that.
