In the new map viewer in AGOL I used to be able to drag and drop layers in the interface to reorder them.

This morning it isn't working and I have to click on each layer and click Move up or Down.

I am working in Arcgis Online, using Firefox. The move icon with the 4 arrows shows up but the layers won't move by dragging.

Is this "by design"?

This looks to be an issue with a recent update to Firefox 137(not 136). It has been reported to FF and it is being looked into.

Map Viewer is using Calcite for our layer list which has the issue related to firefox and should have a fix rolling out with firefox 138. You can see the issue here with this sample when you set the property dragable to true https://developers.arcgis.com/calcite-design-system/components/list/
